Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely repackage your items in their original aesthetic packaging.

  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; please ensure the items are shipped within 7 days of receiving your return label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned goods for quality, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
